Warranty/Guarantee
Gorilla Star Limited is unconditionally dedicated in providing excellent customer service and technical support to our customers. We guarantee our quality and products. We hereby give a straight 10 years Guaranty on manufacturing defects on the ‘Gorilla Star’ Water tanks purchased from us. If you obtain a faulty product, call us or visit us immediately with the original sales invoice and payment slip and we will take immediate action to replace the tank after investigation. We abide to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our water tanks.
Apart from anything stated in this paragraph, all guarantees provided by Gorilla Star Limited are limited by and subject to our terms and Conditions only.

Warranty Statement
Gorilla Star Limited’s warranty will not be applicable if any tanks are altered or modified or tampered in any way after delivery. In no event, nor under any circumstances will Gorilla Star Limited be liable for personal injury or property damage or any other damage, loss, cost of repairs or incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or liquidated damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, guarantee, contract, strict liability, negligence or any other cause of action arising in connection with the manufacture, sale design, transportation, installation, use, or repair of the products sold by Gorilla Star Limited.
The Purchasing Party hereby acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances, nor in any event, shall the liability of Gorilla Star Limited, if any at all, exceed the purchase price of the product. No additional allowance will be made for expense or labor of repairing or replacing defective goods, or workmanship or damage resulting from the latter. Gorilla Star Limited’s sole liability shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund; at Gorilla Star Limited’s sole discretion. The original invoice and payment proof to be made available if claiming against any default tank with manufacturing defects. Gorilla Star Limited offers no guaranty incase of any damage to the tanks due to improper usage and inappropriate handling of the tank, theft, damage due to faulty plumbing works, damage due to dropping the tanks, damage due to fire, earthquake, rain water, floods or any other natural calamities.
