Installation Instruction

  1. Drill the inlet and outlet at specified locations only
  2. Always provide an overflow and drain water away from the base of the tank
  3. Use flexible pipes for interconnections of tanks
  4. Install the tanks on a flat smooth surface
  5. Install the tank using a qualified technician

Cleaning Procedure

  1. Empty the tank completely of its content
  2. De-install the tank
  3. Wash the tank using any cleaning detergent
  4. Rinse the tank with clean water to remove the detergent
  5. Re-install the tank for normal water storage
  6. The procedure to be repeated after every one year for piped water and six months for rain water.
  7. Change outlet rubber washers every two to three years.

Caution

  1. Never subject the plastic water tank to a direct heating from fire.
  2. Never lay the plastic water tank on sharp objects.
  3. Never make outlet, inlet nor overflow holes with a hot object.
  4. Never install the tank on a spaced wooden planks.
  5. Do not roll the plastic water tank on a rough surface with sharp objects.
  6. The base of water tanks installed at heights above the ground MUST be strong enough to withstand the weight of the tank on full load.
